The challenge
Damian has a competitive career and national-squad work behind him, but until now he had no site of his own — his entire web presence was social media. Plenty of people in Warsaw compete for “trener personalny Warszawa”, and online training removes the city limits on top of that. So the site has to carry two things at once: show where the expertise comes from, and turn it into a first conversation.
The approach
Five pages, each with one job: an offer broken into six kinds of training, a page about the career and the qualifications, and a page for contact and the free first consultation. What his clients say sits next to the offer, because that's what turns a track record into a result a reader understands. The site pulls in nothing from outside — Astro, hosted on Vercel, no third-party scripts. Fewer moving parts means fewer things that break without warning. Structured data ties the trainer and his practice into one connected set, so the competitive record describes the business instead of sitting beside it. Both the Warsaw catchment and the remote work are described, because those are two different ways of searching. Analytics is wired in through a tag manager, and the consent banner stores nothing analytical until the visitor decides.
The outcome
The site launched in August 2026. Traffic and ranking figures will appear here once there's something to measure, together with the measurement window.
